How to Measure Men & Women:
To achieve best fit, keep the measuring tape straight but not tight. Measure over undergarments.

Where to Measure Women:
1. Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under the arms to the fullest part of the bust. Note: "Bust" does not mean bra size.
2. Waist: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the
narrowest part of natural waistline.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part, normally about 7 inches
below natural waist line.

 Where to Measure Men:
1. Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck. Tape should be snug but not tight.
2. Chest: Measure around the fullest part, around the shoulder blades. Tape should be snug but not tight..
3. Waist: Stand relaxed and measure around the natural waistline.
4. Sleeve Length: Bend the elbow and measure from the center of the back to the neck, across the shoulder and around elbow to wrist bone.
